Dr Camille Koppen is passionate about helping people to bring their value to the world. She brings together a wealth of experience and expertise from academia, education and her corporate career in Management Consulting. She runs Brightwings courses in London, Poland, India, and Malaysia for a range of students from secondary school students, to University of Oxford student society presidents, change management professionals, through to directors at HSBC.

Before founding Brightwings, Camille spent a decade as a Management Consultant at Accenture, Barclays and HSBC. Through her experience across a broad range of strategic, large-scale, and more recently, human-centric business transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders and large global teams, she developed a strong understanding of what organisations are looking for in their people and the skills and mindset we need to invest in to succeed.

Prior to that, Camille completed her DPhil in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, during which time she published 6 papers with Dr Charles Spence, and gave tutorials to Experimental Psychology undergraduates.
